Returns & Exchanges
It is ok to change your mind about one of our products as we are happy to have any items that are no longer required returned to us. Please read the terms and conditions below before returning any product.
You must contact us with 7 days of receiving your order if you want to return any, or all, of your items.
We will refund the purchase cost of the item/s only less 5% re stocking charge. Refunds are issued to the account used to make the purchase.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, where appropriate, unused and in a saleable condition when we receive them. Where sealed packaging has been opened a refund will not be issued as the goods cannot be re-sold. If goods are damaged in transit it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the service provider, as a refund will not be issued for damaged items. We will provide you with picture evidence of any damages on request.
We do not refund any shipping charges you were billed for when you placed your order.
Unwanted items are returned at your own expense and no reimbursement of shipping charges will be made.
When returning goods obtain a proof of posting from your service provider as no refund will be issued for any goods lost in transit. Any claim for lost good will be between you and the service provider.
